Here's a little bit of something you might be able to relate to. I've personally written some short stories for you. From one fitness lover to another, I'm hoping a little bit of what I've written can inspire you and maybe teach you something new. Ranging from nutrition tips and handling those competition nerves, here's a little insight of what I've personally experienced, what I've learnt from the experiences, and any tips or tricks I can give you.
Each specific program has a range of different exercises focused within. All 'Build' programs incorporate machines, cables, free weight, and banded exercises. The 'Get Fit' program uses the typical cardio machines you can find in most local gyms. Click on the program pages for more specific information as to what is included in each.
Apart from the 'Workout From Home' subscription where you need nothing but yourself and maybe some good tunes in the background, all other programs require access to a sufficiently equipped gym.

No. Do what you can do around your schedule, especially with the 'Workout from Home' subscription which is pretty flexible. It is recommended that for the '30-day' or 'Build' programmes, following all the sessions is most beneficial if you want to see the progress you expect.
Absolutely! There is definitely no harm in doing more than one program if you have the time. Although bear in mind that all programs are quite volume dense so make sure you don't burn yourself out! I would recommend pairing (if you were going to): '30-Day Pull Up' + '6-Week Lower body', '30-Day Pull Up' + 'Get Fit in 6 Weeks' for example.
